Antakids’ ‘Ling Loong Sports Ceremony’ ignites youth sports craze

Following the opening of the 2024 Paris Olympic, Antakids, a children’s sports brand of the Anta Group, launched the "Ling Loong Sports Ceremony" in Nanjing, Juangsu province, recently, to promote sports among youth communities.

The event, themed around Anta’s new Olympic cultural IP "Ling Loong," attracted hundreds of families in the city at the Hongyang Future World.

The "Ling Loong Fun Games" aims to pass on the Olympic spirit, ignite enthusiasm for summer sports among youth, and encourage support for Chinese athletes.

Coinciding with the Chinese Year of the Dragon, Anta collaborated with renowned filmmaker Zhang Yimou to create the "Ling Loong" IP, which tells the stories of Chinese Olympic athletes.

Antakids is poised to promote the healthy growth of young people through sports.

The event featured popular sports such as table tennis and basketball, offering a comprehensive sports experience for children.

The brand hopes to instill a love for sports and the Olympic spirit of courage and perseverance in young participants.

Antakids launched two T-shirts inspired by "Anta Ling Loong "—"Longyun Dangtou" and "Hualong Dianjing."

These designs feature dragon head and dragon eyes elements, symbolizing blessings for Chinese Olympic athletes and encouraging children to cheer for them.

The Chinese Olympic delegation, consisting of 716 athletes, is predominantly made up of "post-00s generation" players, who account for nearly 70 percent.
With young athletes such as Huang Yuting and Sheng Lihao winning the first gold medal, this new generation is taking on significant roles in Chinese sports, according to the brand.

Antakids aims to empower children’s sports equipment with technology and foster healthy growth through sports.

In the future, Antakids plans to collaborate with young athletes to create a bright new chapter in Chinese sports.
